2020 Jeep Gladiator 4WD. Fabtech's Jeep Gladiator Cargo Bed Rack is a heavy duty, mid height rack designed to hold additional cargo with optional mounts for trail tools and bicycles. Unlike the typical construction contractor looking bed racks that can make the vehicle feel top heavy when driving, the Fabtech rack keeps things low and compact. The rugged three piece design clamps to the inside of the factory bed rails or to the bed track for a quick and easy installation. No holes to drill. This multi-function Gladiator bed rack is great for additional cargo storage above the bed rail leaving the entire bed floor open. Predrilled holes in the bed rack allow the installation of the optional Fabtech accessory mounts. Quality bolt on mounts allow for a Hi-Lift Jack, Shovel, two RotopaX, two Bicycles and two Tread Boards to be mounted. If you opt for no accessory mounts, the rack can be installed with the predrilled holes against the back of the cab so there are no unsightly empty holes showing. Clean and sleek. This Sport lift kit is Fabtech's most popular Jeep system providing increased ride height and suspension performance at a great price. Installation is easy and can be installed in a couple hours. The Sport lift kit features American made front coil springs that are a dual rate design allowing extended suspension travel for offroad use while providing a smooth highway ride. The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds. The rear of the vehicle receives coil spring spacers retaining the factory ride and load carrying capacity. The spacer height is 1-3/4" to help level the stance of the vehicle. Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. Fabtech's high quality Billet Upper Control Arms are the ultimate upgrade for increased suspension strength and aggressive offroad use. Built of 6061 aluminum with thick cross sections, they will reduce suspension flex and provide a more positive road feel. These UCA's feature large PTFE lined 1" ID Stainless Steel Uniball bearings and 17-4 Stainless Steel pins that are designed to handle rugged offroad driving. The Uniballs allow for increased wheel travel when paired with Dirt Logic Coilover shocks. The heat treated Stainless Steel Uniball pin is tapered to fit into the stock BJ taper for an easy return to stock feature. On the frame side of the Billet UCA's, Fabtech offers two types of adjustable ends depending on your driving requirements. For top level offroad performance, high quality FK 3/4" heim ends are offered to eliminate control arm deflection. Fabtech's Jeep JL Tube Fenders have been designed to allow the installation of oversized tires for offroad use while providing additional protection to the vehicle. The Tube Fenders directly replace the factory fenders bolting into the same mounting holes for an easy installation. These rugged Tube Fenders are constructed of 1.50 OD x .095 wall steel tubing with a .060 thick steel top plate. This construction is extremely durable in absorbing side impacts from large objects when driving in tight offroad conditions.The JL Tube Fenders are a narrow design compared to the factory fender. The front fenders measure 7.5" wide while the rears are 4.5" wide. The front fenders include a plug and play LED light kit. There is no cutting and splicing of the factory wiring required for installation. The light kit features LED Daytime Running lights, turn signals and side marker lights for Rubicon, Sahara and Moab models. For Sport and Sport S models that do not have factory Daytime Running Lights, the light kit will function as turn signals and marker lights only. The increased caster helps to balance steering effort with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms includes .120" wall 1.25" OD 4130 Chromoly tubing steel tubing. The top quality construction of these arms include .120" wall 1.50" OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1" FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1" Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity. This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle.
