TYPE OF USE: High Performance Fuel Economy Engine Oil specially designed for VOLVO "DRIVE-E" Gasoline (VEP) and Diesel (VED) lastest generation fittted with catalytic converters and Diesel Particulates Filters (DPF). Can be used also for OEMs requiring 0W-20 engine oil with low friction and very low HTHS (High Temperature High Shear) viscosity oil (= 2.6 mPa.s). Suitable also for Gasoline engines requiring an ACEA A1 / B1 standard and 0W-20 viscosity grade Fuel Economy lubricant type such as HONDA, NISSAN, SUBARU. Compatible with catalytic converters. Before use always refer to the owner manual of the vehicle. ;PERFORMANCES: Exclusively formulated to lubricate the latest generation of VOLVO DRIVE-E Gasoline (VEP) engines and Diesel (VEP) engines. Lastest generation of VOLVO engines type VEA (4-cylinders), whether Petrol (VEP) or Diesel (VED) versions require a very specific lubricant because they are smaller and lighter. They provide way more efforts and run at increaded temperatures, while providing the same performance levels as the old engine generations they replace.; The standard VCC RBS0-2AE is particularly demanding on the performance of Fuel Economy and associated with the ACEA A1 / B1 standard for lubricants, MOTUL SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 provides significant energy saving performance (up to 3.4percent compare to a 15W-40 reference oil). This improved fuel economy implies lower levels of pollutants and fully satisfies commitments of manufacturers such as VOLVO for CO2 reduction.; MOTUL SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 delivers outstanding oil film resistance, while facilitating cold start, reducing friction in the engine, maintaining the oil pressure and lowering engine operating temperatures. ;RECOMMENDATIONS: MOTUL SPECIFIC RBS0-2AE 0W-20 can be mixed with synthetic or mineral oils.
