These arms are meticulously designed and crafted from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, providing superior strength and durability. They feature a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. The uniball is securely adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model-specific spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are required for installation. The arms also utilize FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment, eliminating flexing and deflection under hard use. The arms come with AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut for secure attachment. The new V2 design increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. The arms are anodized gun metal gray and laser etched with the Camburg logo. We have leveraged our 13+ years of experience with the stock design and custom versions for the military to create a superior product. Our spindles feature improved geometry and increased durability, along with a relocated ABS speed sensor for off-road protection. Compatible with both 4WD and RWD models, these spindles require no modifications and maintain the factory specifications in terms of lift and width. Using advanced Faro scanning technology and SolidWorks CAD/CAM modeling, we manufacture these spindles in-house for precise control. Starting with steel billets, we heavily CNC machine them for weight reduction and precision, followed by MIG welding of laser-cut plates. The spindles are then sandblasted and powder coated textured black for a durable finish. They come ready to install with all necessary hardware, including stronger stainless braided Kevlar reinforced front brake lines. For 2016+ models, drilling out the brake caliper bolt holes to 9/16" is required due to larger metric bolts. We recommend replacing the inner hub seal on older or higher mileage 4WD vehicles. Our Camburg FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC Series kit is a high-performance mid travel suspension system for the Ford Bronco. It includes FOX's 2.5 series shocks and our uniball upper arms. These coilover kits provide improved ride quality and the ability to lift your vehicle for both on and off-road use. The shocks have a 2.5" diameter body for increased oil capacity and are fully rebuildable and revalveable. The remote external reservoirs help lower operating temperatures, and the Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster allows for precise tuning with twelve low-speed and ten high-speed compression levels. Our arms are meticulously engineered using CAD/CAM software and our in-house CNC machine shop produces all the necessary machined parts. The arms are made from thick .156" wall round tubing, laser cut and CNC bent, and MIG welded in precision fixtures. They are then sandblasted and powder-coated for a durable finish. The arms come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings and FK 1.25" PTFE-lined uniballs pre-installed. All necessary hardware is included for installation. The arms are designed for 1-3" of lift and also fit '07-20 Tahoe/Yukon SUVs (without electronic controlled suspension). Please note that some factory wheels may require a wheel spacer and we recommend aftermarket wheels with a zero offset for optimum performance and fit. The factory droop stop must be removed from the frame mount. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, we improve wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. We also adjust the caster and camber curve to correct geometry, resulting in improved driving characteristics and handling. Our arms are designed using CAD/CAM engineering software and manufactured in-house with precision. They feature thicker .156" wall round tubing, laser-cut and CNC-bent tubes, and MIG welding. The arms come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings and FK 1.25" PTFE-lined uniballs pre-installed. They are finished with steel gray powder-coating and include all necessary hardware for installation. Please note that these arms are not compatible with vehicles equipped with electronic adaptive ride control suspension systems. They are designed for 1-3" of lift and may require trimming of plastic inner fenders to eliminate tire rubbing. They are CNC machined from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, bead blasted, anodized gun metal gray, and laser etched with our logo. We use a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. Made in the USA, our arms are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25" uniball allows for a low profile press-on cap to resist the elements. We use larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment, eliminating flexing/deflection under hard use and braking. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure heim joint usage. Our V2 design increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. All necessary hardware is included for installation. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uniball bearing we're able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel.
