The Edelbrock TC Transmission Controller for Carbureted Applications #36213 is a standalone transmission controller designed to work with carbureted systems. It provides transmission control over shift points, shift firmness, shift speed, torque converter lock-up, shift table, line pressure, speed calibration and more. It supports GM 4L60E, 4L70E, 4L75E, (up to 2010), 4L80E (post-1994). Compatible with most iOS and Android mobile devices, the TC Transmission Controller is supported by an iOS Apple/Android TC Tuner app that communicates via Bluetooth communication between your device and the transmission controller, providing a simplified and intuitive user interface for setup, calibrating, and monitoring data. The TC Tuner includes a Setup Wizard with base tuning calibrations to further simplify user functionality. No software, laptop or tuning experience is required. The TC Tuner app can be downloaded for free from the iOS and Google Play stores, and upgrades/updates will also be available. Kits will include the TC Transmission Controller and clearly labeled auxiliary harnesses to provide a simplified installation. The system is essentially plug-and-play with capabilities for fully customizable performance. The Edelbrock part #1032 Non-Progressive Linkage Kits are designed to facilitate the synchronous operation of multiple two-barrel carburetors. The #1032 kit is designed to support dual two-barrel applications and it should also be noted that the #1033 Progressive Linkage Kit can be installed in a non-progressive configuration to operate dual or triple carburetor applications- If you have another make or model of manifold, it may be necessary to alter some of the details of this installation. This kit has a relatively universal application and can be safely installed in a variety of configurations- It is recommended that the linkage be installed with the manifold out of the vehicle, sitting on a level surface. A throttle linkage control arm and ball end stud are provided to connect to the vehicle's throttle rod or cable. Identify where the vehicle's throttle rod or cable will terminate so that the linkage control arm can be mounted to the linkage operating shaft accordingly. Also make note of any valve cover features that could interfere with the linkage, such as breathers and/or PCV valves.- All adjustments made to the carburetor arms should be conducted with all carbs at the wide open throttle position to ensure synchronized operation of such- Be sure to always check that the arms will not become inverted after any adjustment. Some trial and error will berequired to achieve a properly balanced set up- Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. It can be mounted forward, backward, or sideways on our Victor EFI square bore (4150) style manifolds, when fuel rail or waterneck clearance permits. Because of its low profile, it will not fit Chevy manifolds in the forward mount configuration as it will hit the water neck. It accommodates LS1 80 mm or Edelbrock PN 3864 LS2 (90mm 4-bolt) or Ford style 75mm throttle bodies. Edelbrock part #7788 is a Valley Cover Plate intended for use on 1997-2004 GM LS1/LS6 Engines and similar GM Gen III Engines that have been converted from EFI to Carbureted set ups. The main feature of this part is that it is absent of the knock sensor bosses contained on the stock piece which become no longer necessary when switching to a carburetor. The casting will offer a breather boss that will need to be drilled and tapped by those retaining the stock LS-6 breather configuration or for LS-1 users looking to convert to an LS-6 style. It is to be a sand cast part and will be offered in a natural aluminum finish.
