The 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT is a great car with a great engine. But even with all its modern performance, It'still suffers from the adverse effects of oil bow-by. Our direct-fit catch can kit is designed and engineered to reduce carbon buildup, which is common with direct-injection engines. This catch can taps into the PCV system of the V8 Coyote for the best protection and blow-by collection as it yields the most accumulation through both normal and aggressive driving. This kit uses our 2-port baffled oil catch can. Inside each can is an internal air diverter to slow down incoming air for more effective air-oil separation, along with a 50 micron-bronze filter and an aluminum baffle to keep oil from being sucked back into the system. The rubber lines coming from the can include Ford's factory quick-disconnect fittings for easy installation. The mounting bracket is made of thick steel, securely mounts to the strut tower, and allows for easy servicing of the can. High-output engines require high-flow crankcase ventilation. Our high-flow catch can utilizes a high-capacity bottom with a 5.3 fl. oz. capacity. The CNC-machined lid includes large, M27 x 2.0 inlets and outlets to let your crankcase breathe. Inside the can is a CNC-machined baffle with integrated filter that lets crankcase gases flow through while filtering out potentially harmful fuel, oil, and water vapors. Like our compact baffled oil catch can, our high-flow catch can and filter are fully serviceable for easy draining and cleaning. To make this kit a direct fit for your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke, Mishimoto includes a custom-engineered, 3mm-thick steel bracket. This bracket mounts the can in an easy to access location for quick servicing. The Mishimoto BMW N20/N26 Baffled Oil Catch Can is designed and engineered to reduce carbon buildup, a common issue with the direct fuel injection N20 and N26 engines. The Mishimoto BMW N20/N26 catch can kit uses the proven engineering from the Mishimoto 2-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can with a bronze filter, and internal baffled to better separate the oil from the crankcase vapors. The engineers at Mishimoto designed a CNC-machined lid which features large inlet/outlets in order to match the inner dimension of the CCV hose. This baffled oil catch can will defend your intercooler, intake system, and VANOS system from oil-blowby and help maintain proper octane levels to reduce potential detonation. The kit comes with two direct-fit hoses, which require no modification to the engine cover, and one direct fit mounting bracket that not only is extremely easy to install but also mounts the can in a serviceable location! Two CNC-machined aluminum, 3/4in barb fittings connect the hoses to the can. Like all of our products, this baffled catch can kit comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty! Our catch cans are different from most air-oil-separator (AOS) systems on a few levels. First, our catch cans are not heated. This means that all of the blow-by is able to condense in the can, including low-octane oil vapors and contaminated fuel vapors. Most AOS systems also drain the blow-by back into the oil pan, while our catch cans trap the blow-by and keep it out of the engine permanently. Even in good condition, the stock 6.7L oil cooler can struggle to keep up with heavy towing or modified engines. That’s why Mishimoto has developed this performance oil cooler for the 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke.This performance oil cooler kit eliminates the factory liquid-to-liquid cooler and replaces it with a front-mounted liquid-to-air cooler. By eliminating the liquid-to-liquid cooler, this kit takes stress off the primary cooling system, lowering your coolant temps making the oil cooling system more efficient. Our massive cooler measures 17.4" long, 7.5" tall, and over 2.5" thick to give your Powerstroke the cooling capability to handle any job. Oil is fed into the cooler via two stainless-steel braided -16 AN lines for adequate flow in even the most demanding situations. The bar-and-plate design and stainless-steel lines allow this kit to withstand road debris and the elements year-round.
