Countless hours were spent designing and refining these arms to the point where they met our high standards. CAD designing and machining gave us the ability to bring some new design elements and features to the table. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be bead blasted, Type II anodized red and have our Camburg logo laser etched. Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25” uniball gives us the ability to run a larger bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements. Using larger and stronger FK 7/8” chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment if needed. Using a heim joint also eliminates flexing/deflection under hard use and braking with zero binding when in use. Using AN/Mil-spec hardware we have a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut to insure the heim is secure with the rigors of off-road use.Installation InstructionsThis Part Fits:

Our FOX 3.0 Performance kit for the Ford Raptor takes it to the next level. We utilize FOX's 3.0 series Live Valve internal bypass front coilovers. This combination of parts not only improves the ride and handling on-road but more so off-road with the larger diameter shocks and external reservoirs. With the upper arms these shocks increase wheel travel and correct geometry. Improved ride both on and off-road Eliminates weak upper ball-joint Increased wheel travel Corrected suspension geometry Made in the USA After lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our upper arms address these issues and more. We’re able to increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling both on and off-road. In the rear we go with a pair of FOX's 3.0 series Live Valve internal bypass shocks. They have a substantial increased oil capacity due to their size and have a lot more control and damping. Since they are longer in length they increase rear wheel travel and articulation. The bypass shocks have a lot more bottoming control for the bigger hits off-road. 0-2" lift (front) Corrected geometry with upper arms Improved handling on and off-road Made in the USA When using the factory OEM 17" wheel or positive offset wheel, you may need a 1/4" – 3/8" wheel spacer when running larger 37" or wider tires than stock. This package is designed as a direct fit application and requires no modifications to the vehicle. These Sway-A-Way coilovers are designed to work with the factory rear control arms and allow for 11.5” of wheel travel, without binding joints or overextending brake lines. (A trackbar relocation bracket is recommended if adjusting the lift height over 2.0”). These front coilovers are 100% designed and built in the USA and feature high strength steel cylinders that are coated with a two-step zinc plated finish designed and salt spray tested to withstand the harshest of environments. A red anodized finish on all external CNC machined aluminum components will protect against the elements for years to come. The multi-seal carrier includes redundant seals to keep even the smallest dirt and debris out and keep the specifically formulated 7wt fully synthetic shock oil in.
