Fabtech's Uniball Upper Control Arms provide increased strength to the front suspension by replacing the stock ball joint upper arms that can become worn and eventually fail under aggressive offroad use. These heavy duty upper arms are designed for longevity in rugged offroad conditions. They also feature additional caster compared to stock upper arms for superior on road use with oversized tires. The top quality construction of these arms include .120 in. wall 1.50 in. OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1 in. FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1 in. Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity. This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. 2005-20 Ford F250/F350 4WD. 2008-19 Ford F450/F550 4WD. Fabtech's legendary Radius Arms are the perfect upgrade to the Ford Super Duty front suspension for lifted applications. The heavy duty tubular construction adds strength with a race component style to the vehicle for aggressive offroad use. These Super Duty Radius Arms directly replace the factory arms for use with lifted 4in to 8in suspensions. The arms have an additional 1 degree of caster built into the arms and with the easy adjustment alignment cams gives a total of 2 degrees more caster than stock. A big benefit for taller 6in and 8in lifted vehicles to improve highway tracking. The upper and lower tubes of the arms are constructed with 1.75in OD x .120in wall DOM tubing and are fully welded closed to prevent corrosion. Spanning between the tubes is a dimple die side plate that adds rigidity to the arm for strength with minimal weight gain.
