The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 2.5" Suspension System for the 2018-UP Jeep Wrangler JL is designed for the driver looking to drastically improve the performance and ride quality of their vehicle. This Stage 2 system includes 2.5" lift dual rate coil springs, Vehicle Specific 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, tubular steel front lower links, bump stop spacers, sway bar links, and all necessary hardware to complete the installation. 2009-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4.5" Stage 5 Suspension System utilizes the same technology as the 2.5" systems while adding lift height, ground clearance, and user adjustability. Additional engineered front end components are added to ensure proper steering geometry with improved function throughout the entire travel range whether on or off road. The Stage 5 System is comprised of dual rate coil springs, tubular steel upper & lower link arms, polyurethane bumpstops w/ billet extension, sway bar drop brackets, forged pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, 2.5" V.S. Series shocks w/ CDCV, and bearing style adjustable track bar. ICON 2.5" Series shocks extend the performance of the kit by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, and give you the ability to tune the compression damping with the turn of an external knob. These shocks include FK bearings, billet top cap & rod ends, 7/8" shafts for strength, and the industry only forged stem on a 2.5" shock with rolled threads. The adjustable track bar with bearings not only improves rigidity over flexible factory joints, but offers adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. ICON steel upper & lower links increase performance, strength, and range of alignment. These link arms decrease the bind found in the factory link bushings. This ultimate performance system with billet link arms offers extraordinary diversity across any terrain, all while keeping a smooth highway feel. Installing this kit allows proper clearance for 35" tall tires with no modifications, and some 37" tires with minor fender well trimming for clearance. This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation.
