This can cause the car to pull timing out of the engine due to high intake air temperatures (IATs). This can send the car into "limp mode" once temperatures reach a certain threshold. CSF worked closely with its strategic manufacturing partner PWR and Local R&D Partner Studio RSR on the development of the "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. The relationship with PWR offers CSF access to exclusive cutting edge Formula 1 grade technology, while Studio RSR offers expertise in real world race experience and hands-on mechanical knowledge of the S58 platform. The manifold is made from the highest grade billet aluminum. Each part is CNC machined with the highest precision and TIG welded to form a single piece charge-air-cooler intake manifold. The CSF manifold is capable of achieving the highest levels of performance and withstanding extreme boost levels. The ultra high performance liquid-to-air F1 grade core is made by PWR. This Bar & Plate core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it will withstand the high boost levels motorsports race teams can throw at it. Feedback from the community has shown the OEM core (crimped onto plastic end tanks) is prone to failure starting at just 27 pounds (psi) of boost pressure.This Part Fits:

CSF worked closely with its strategic manufacturing partner PWR and Local R&D Partner Studio RSR on the development of the "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. The relationship with PWR offers CSF access to exclusive cutting edge Formula 1 grade technology, while Studio RSR offers expertise in real world race experience and hands-on mechanical knowledge of the S58 platform. The manifold is made from the highest grade billet aluminum. Each part is CNC machined with the highest precision and TIG welded to form a single piece charge-air-cooler intake manifold. The CSF manifold is capable of achieving the highest levels of performance and withstanding extreme boost levels. The ultra high performance liquid-to-air F1 grade core is made by PWR. This Bar & Plate core is pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure it will withstand the high boost levels motorsports race teams can throw at it. Feedback from the community has shown the OEM core (crimped onto plastic end tanks) is prone to failure starting at just 27 pounds (psi) of boost pressure.This Part Fits:

The 2-Row 42mm core greatly not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. More cooling rows also improve the overall efficiency of the radiator. More cooling tubes means more surface area for the coolant's heat to dissipate from. Each end tank is CNC machined billet aluminum giving them incredible strength and durability. CNC machining offers incredible precision and uniformity. The results are perfectly produced end tanks that perfectly match up with the ends of the 42 mm core. Hand TIG welding joins the tanks to the core creating the strongest radiator on the market for the R33 Skyline. Each radiator includes a 1.4 bar high pressure cap with an embossed CSF logo. High pressure radiator caps raise the boiling point of coolant. This helps protect the system from boiling over at higher operating temperatures. While the radiator is designed to keep the system from reaching such temperatures, it is always good to have extra protection for situations where the coolant gets too hot. The advantage of a rolled tube core is the rounded edge which allows airflow to travel around the tube face and into the intercooler core for maximum airflow and heat dissipation (Compared to the OEM flat face tube which scatters airflow when contacting the tube face). CSF's Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers have been race-tested, logged, and fully validated by some of the world's best Porsche tuners. These intercoolers have been regarded as the "Go-To" option for the best performance and value available in the performance aftermarket. From first glance the increase in width from the OEM's 80mm core to the CSF's 115mm width is very apparent. Critical for vehicles running performance tunes with bolt-on modifications. Considered a mandatory upgrade for vehicles running upgraded turbo systems. The larger capacity CSF bar/plate core design can handle significantly more airflow + increased boost pressures compared to the OEM intercooler system. CSF's 100% TIG welded cast end tanks, paired with its high-efficiency bar/plate intercooler core. Compared to the OEM style tub/fin core, which is crimped onto the plastic end tanks. The weaker OEM design can crack under high boost or vibrations typical to race conditions. The design of CSF's end tanks allows for airflow to be distributed evenly throughout the entire intercooler compared to the OEM intercooler design which is much shallower. The OEM design makes it more difficult for airflow to reach the top/bottom tube sections at the ends of the intercooler. Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series, DBA's 5000 Series rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. DBA uses only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The 5000 Series share all of the performance technology featured in the 4000 Series, with the added benefits of further weight reduction and improved heat management via aluminum hats. The use of aerospace grade aluminum hats reduces the unsprung weight of the brake rotors, while allowing for uniform radial disc expansion through the cast iron rings, and reduced heat transfer from disc to hub via the aluminum hats. DBA offers both complete assemblies for first time replacement (hats and flat discs bolted together) along with replacement hats and flat disc rotors (rings). This allows drivers to re-use their DBA 5000 Series hats with DBA replacement flat discs (rings). DBA recommends the 5000 Series for high performance street vehicles, track day and club racing and rally applications.
