Our 4 Ultimate System provides less lift than our 6 RTS(TM) system but still allows use of 33 or 35 tall tires with cutting for street and offroad use. We have developed this system utilizing replacement upper control arms constructed of 1.50 OD .120 thick wall DOM tubing that attaches to heavy duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles. The factory torsion bars remain in the stock position and use new forged adjusting keys to provide the proper amount of lift. There is no loss of ground clearance with this system as the stock lower control arms, torsion bars and front differential do not need to be relocated. This 4 Ultimate System will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake with no change to the rear suspension. The 4 Budget System utilizes the factory front coil springs with a steel upper spacer providing 4 of lift. Radius Arm drop brackets retain the factory arms with correct caster setting for the increase ride height. System includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket that has been designed to center the axle under the vehicle and still works properly with the factory Pitman Arm. This eliminates the need to replace the Pitman Arm resulting in a lower cost and faster installation time. Rear lift is accomplished with lift blocks and extended length u-bolts. Improving on the Ram's new front suspension design this 5'' System includes replacement tubular Radius Arms with Fabtech's exclusive dimple die side plates for superior strength and a rugged appearance. These new Radius Arms provide increased caster for use with oversized tires and lifted suspension heights. The stock front coil springs are mounted with angular steel spacers to retain the factory spring bow. This is an important feature as Chrysler designed this bow to aid in their unique alignment spec and ride quality. Flat spacers do not provide this. Heavy duty 1/4'' thick steel front Track Bar drop bracket centers the axle under the vehicle with the new ride height. A Fabtech innovation on this system is the steel front bump extensions. They will not blow out like extra long urethane bump stops found in other aftermarket suspensions. No chance of spring and shock damage with the Fabtech'steel extensions. The rear suspension receives a block and u bolt system with bump stop extensions.
