CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your Super Duty running at its best, a CSF Heavy-Duty/High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on and off road, a heavy-duty performance radiator is a must-have for off-roaders, overlanders, and adventurers. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.This Part Fits:

CSF designed and engineered the 992 Carrera intercooler to be a true Plug-and-Play "Drop-in Fit" unit. Utilizing all factory mounting points, the installation is straightforward and requires no modifications. The most important feature of the CSF by PWR 992 Carrera Intercooler System is the Formula-1 grade intercooler cores. CSF's strategic relationship with PWR has allowed the inclusion of these cores, which is unlike any other available in the performance aftermarket. These cores are the same style used in other CSF air-to-air systems previously developed for the 992 Turbo/S and 991 GT2RS with incredible results. The PWR cores eliminate heat soak and lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) much more efficiently than traditional Bar & Plate or Tube & Fin designs. The traditional intercooler cores that are typically much heavier and larger to improve cooling capacity. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. More cooling rows also improve the overall efficiency of the radiator. More cooling tubes means more surface area for the coolant's heat to dissipate from. Each end tank is CNC machined billet aluminum giving them incredible strength and durability. CNC machining offers incredible precision and uniformity. The results are perfectly produced end tanks that perfectly match up with the ends of the 42 mm core. Hand TIG welding joins the tanks to the core creating the strongest radiator on the market for the R33 Skyline. Each radiator includes a 1.4 bar high pressure cap with an embossed CSF logo. High pressure radiator caps raise the boiling point of coolant. This helps protect the system from boiling over at higher operating temperatures. While the radiator is designed to keep the system from reaching such temperatures, it is always good to have extra protection for situations where the coolant gets too hot. The OEM water-cooled charge air cooler intake manifold for the B58 engine is adequate in cars with little or no modifications, but starts to really show its weakness in cars with bolt-on mods, turbo upgrades, increased fueling (such as port injection), and performance tuning. The OEM intercooler system has also been known to suffer from heat soak in demanding racing conditions such as time attack, endurance racing, drag racing, drifting, and even spirited street driving. This can cause the car to pull timing out of the engine due to high intake air temperatures (IATs), and can cause "limp mode" once temperatures reach a certain threshold, as the vehicle's ECU attempts to protect the engine.This Part Fits:
