Beef up your ride with Rugged Ridge steering components. This is a bolt-on solution for preventing bent tie rods from wheeling with larger tires. The tubes are 1-1/4 in. OD steel that is cold rolled, pierced, and drawn through dies to produce a 1/4 in. wall thickness. This is true DOM tubing with NO seams OR welds to fail. Heavy duty 7/8 in. rod ends feature standard tapered ends to fit stock knuckle applications. You get one ton strength without any modifications to your steering knuckles. Kit includes damper. Will not work with Factory Rubicon Wheels. Not recommended for vehicles with over 4 in. of lift. Not compatible with smaller OEM steel wheels or wheels with deep backspacing. RockJock's completely bolt-on Currectlync Steering System eases some of the pain of installing a JK front axle in your TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ or ZJ! The axle swap can be tricky, but it's doable. But, what do you do for steering? Here is your solution! Features include an alloy steel 42mm, 1.65 in.) diameter tie rod, 1.3 in. diameter solid forged steel drag link, larger forged, greasable tie rod ends, premium jam nuts and adjuster and it's painted black, so it's ready for install right out of the box! Additionally, you'll need a modified pitman arm to hook this all up. This kit includes a brand new TJ style pitman arm with the proper taper for the new steering system. Both the tie rod and drag link feature double adjusters so that they do not require removal from the vehicle for adjustment once installed. This unit is designed for use on stock height or lifted vehicles, but for those with big tires, these components are also compatible with ram assist steering. Yukon's 4340 axles are manufactured using the latest technologies and the highest quality materials to ensure high strength and long life. This kit comes with inner & outer axles for both left and right sides along with Dana U/joint. Limited Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty is not transferable to another party. "No Questions Asked" replacement for first warranty return, however Yukon reserves the right to either replace axle or refund original purchase price after the first warranty claim.
