RockJock's completely bolt-on Currectlync Steering System eases some of the pain of installing a JK front axle in your TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ or ZJ! The axle swap can be tricky, but it's doable. But, what do you do for steering? Here is your solution! Features include an alloy steel 42mm, 1.65 in.) diameter tie rod, 1.3 in. diameter solid forged steel drag link, larger forged, greasable tie rod ends, premium jam nuts and adjuster and it's painted black, so it's ready for install right out of the box! Additionally, you'll need a modified pitman arm to hook this all up. This kit includes a brand new TJ style pitman arm with the proper taper for the new steering system. Both the tie rod and drag link feature double adjusters so that they do not require removal from the vehicle for adjustment once installed. This unit is designed for use on stock height or lifted vehicles, but for those with big tires, these components are also compatible with ram assist steering. RockJock Uni-Balls for Front Axle Housings are used in 3-link suspension applications, where the passenger's side upper control arm has been eliminated and all of the suspension load is now being applied to the one axle housing mounting location. Our Uni-Balls press into the stock bushing holes on the casting side, driver's side ONLY) of the front differential housing and provide a durable solution that incorporates a 5/8 in. thru-bolt hole for heavier hardware. This Uni-Ball will press into a stock JK or a stock TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ housing, as well as aftermarket replacement differentials from companies such as Dana, UD-60s), Dynatrac, East Coast Gear, Fusion 4x4 and Currie Enterprises, cast center housings ONLY, does not apply to 9 in. / fabricated style differentials). Additionally, "most in. aftermarket differentials that are intended for installation in a JL/JT vehicle, still retain the bushing specs. of a JK bushing, making this the applicable Uni-Ball to install in an aftermarket differential, again, cast center only, not 9 in. style going into a JL/JT., for STOCK JL/JT housings, see our RJ-301002-101 Uni-Ball. RockJocks Antirock(R) front sway bar kit for 1987-2001 Jeep XJ Cherokees and 1986-1992 Jeep MJ Comanches provides balanced performance of front and rear suspension for rugged off-road conditions. It gives the driver increased traction by balancing and distributing the weight and traction over all four tires. The Antirock(R) off road sway bar is designed to directly replace the stock Jeep sway bar. This bar is made of SAE 4130 heat treated steel for ultimate strength, which is the same quality used in professional off-road competition sway bars. This kit includes all components for installation including, the sway bar, forged chomoly arms, billet aluminum sway bar mounting brackets, bushings, hardware, and step-by-step instructions. The billet aluminum sway bar mounting brackets bolt into the factory sway bar mounting holes under the front frame rails and the sway bar links attach to the stock mounts on the differential housing. The RockJock Antirock(R) sway bar does not need to be disconnected for off-road use. CAUTION: Jeeps will have more body roll than stock. RockJocks Currectlync(R) heavy duty tie rod and drag link system for Jeep TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ and ZJ vehicles features, a 1 ¼' diameter forged alloy drag link, and 1 ¼' solid alloy steel tie rod bar that is bored and threaded on the ends. All 7/8 in. thread tie rod ends with boots are included as well as the RockJock heavy duty steering stabilizer bracket. This unit is a direct replacement for the stock parts. No modifications or machining to any part of the vehicle is necessary. This unit is rated at 200% stronger than the stock components. RockJocks Johnny Joint(R) adjustable front trac bar for the TJ/XJ/LJ/MJ features an offset Johnny Joint(R) rod end that puts the bar further forward providing more clearance between the diff and the trac bar. Other features include 1 1/4 in. x .250 wall 4130 chrome moly construction, a welded in gusset from the bar to the Johnny Joint(R), heavy duty adjustor end with with bushing and steel insert sleeve that bolt into the factory housing bracket, and semi-gloss black powder coat finish. Some drilling is required for installation. The supplied frame bolt is a 5/8 in. and this hole must be drilled to size to accommodate the heavier duty bolt. NOTE: This trac bar is intended to be used with a minimum of 2 in. of lift. It may work on vehicles with less lift with Dana 30 frontends, however, on vehicles with no lift and a Dana 44, 9 in. or 60 frontend, you may run into a clearance issue.
