The Nitrous Express Viper Plate System includes a billet aluminum nitrous plate that fits between the throttle bodies and intake manifold making installation quick, easy, and attractive. This system includes 10lb Bottle with Lightning 500 valve, Pro Power Lightning series billet aluminum and carbon fiber solenoids, 24in SHO braided stainless lines from solenoid to plate, master arming switch, TPS activated WOT module (for use with fly by wire throttle bodies), as well as every nut, bolt and electrical connector needed to complete the installation. This system includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400hp. This system is configured as a single stage system by default with 50-400hp jetting. BDs High Performance CP3 (HPCP3) Injection Pump with up to a 72-percent increase in capacity / displacement delivers enough fuel to support up to 750hp while maintaining 24,000psi of rail pressure. The HPCP3 pump replaces the existing injection pump and simply bolts in place to produce up to 5.25 LPM versus the stock 3.05 LPM. That is right, all that fuel without going to a dual pump system – no extra pulleys, belts or pumps to install. BDs HPCP3 pumps are engineered with an enhanced metering unit and new design cam shaft with modified plungers and stroke. Plus, the HPCPS eliminates the off throttle fuel spikes common with stock pumps that can potentially damage injector nozzle tips when trying to produce more than 500hp. All of these modifications deliver long-term durability with consistent high fuel pressure supply on demand that provides efficient atomization resulting in more power, better combustion and lower EGTs. An air-to-water intercooling system wouldn’t be complete without the heat exchanger. When it came to BMW’s design, it was a solid foundation, but we still saw room to grow, literally. Our full aluminum design added 6" to the height of the core equating in a 180% increase in external fin surface area, and a 60% increase in core volume. With our heat exchanger in the S55’s system we recorded a 10°F drop in global intercooler coolant temperatures, and an average gain of 11 whp and 8 wtq when the full Mishimoto 2015-2020 BMW F8X Performance Intercooler Power Pack was tested on our stage 1 tuned M3. For added security, we made sure to include our optional steel mesh stone guard with the Mishimoto Performance Heat exchanger to keep all of the tubes and fins intact. We also utilized a variable fin pitch on our heat exchanger’s core for optimal cooling on DCT equipped vehicles.
