Fabtech's proprietary steering knuckle geometry provides an excellent lock to lock turning radius to maneuver in tight spots. Heavy-duty 1/4" thick steel crossmembers feature eccentric style alignment cams for easy adjustment. Triple front diff mounts reposition the differential for vibration-free operation at high speed. The stainless-steel Dirt Logic 2.5 Coil overs provide 6" of lift with an outstanding ride quality both on and off road. They are designed for aggressive off-road use yet have a supple on road feel. ICON’s Vehicle-specific valving provides a sport tuned feel on and off-road while 2.75-3.5†of lift height adjustability allows the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The larger 2.5†shock body and increased piston area over stock components provides improved damping ability and outstanding ride characteristics across varying types of terrain. Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON CDE Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride electronically from inside the vehicle. Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility. EXCEPT Tremor and Black Appearance Package. The BORLA Cat-Back system 140875 was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. It includes 4" bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and a dual side exit configuration. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units which contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. This sytstem is tuned for the ATAK sound that gives you an aggressive sound with no drone. It is also available with black chromed tips (part number 140875BC). There are additional systems available for the 5.0L F-150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip exits.
