The BORLA team has created a system especially for the 2.3L Ford Bronco. This Axle-Back exhaust system is engineered for performance and has our S-Type sound which delivers an aggressive, yet balanced sound with a deep tone and no drone. The entire assembly is coated black with a high temperature finish. This exhaust system features a 2.5" inlet that flows into a 2.75" Inlet pipe and exits via dual 2.5" diameter tail pipes with 4" black coated T-304 stainless steel exhaust tips. A system with polished T-304 stainless steel tips is also avaiable. Our custom muffler hanger design moves the hanger out of sight for a clean appearance. T-304 stainless steel construction provides additional durability over the stock exhaust. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Designed for heavy off-road driving, the Krawler Front Bumper features high clearance angles perfect for rock crawling. Multiple off-road lighting options are available. These include (2) 3 - 4-inch round light mounts in the bumper, (2) light mounts on top of the bumper wings that fit up to 6-inch round lights, and an angular bull bar with (3) light mounts that can fit up to 6-inch round lights. A winch mount sits protected behind the bull bar, and heavily reinforced clevis mounts that take ¾-inch D-ring shackles provide recovery options. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System for the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco features our precision-manufactured, custom valved remote reservoir coilover shocks to yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on and off-road. These coilovers also allow for the adjustment of ride height to yield 2-3†of front lift and 1.25-2.25†of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos equipped with the Sasquatch Package. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade, ensuring sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain. To accommodate the increased travel and lift height afforded by the ICON Coilovers, this Stage 5 kit comes with Tubular Upper Control Arms which provide caster correction and feature our patented Delta Joint PRO, which allows for up to 90-degrees freedom of movement. Stage 5 begins to free up the Bronco's rear suspension articulation while gaining strength and ground clearance with the addition of ICON tubular rear lower suspension links. These adjustable links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation and ride quality. The rear coilovers are mounted in a shaft up orientation and feature unique ICON engineered progressive dual rate coil springs that provide extra weight capacity for those who frequently load out their Broncos with extra gear and equipment while maintaining excellent on- and off-road performance characteristics. The factory Bronco upper control arms are replaced with Fabtech?s Uniball Upper Control Arms that provide additional wheel travel with an extra degree of caster compared to stock arms. ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir rear coilover shocks are an incredible upgrade for the rear end of the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 2-3†of rear lift height adjustability on 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package or 1.25-2.25†of rear lift over stock 4-door Sasquatch equipped Broncos, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5†shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. Reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. These rear coilovers are mounted in a shaft up orientation and feature unique ICON engineered progressive triple rate coil springs, allowing for softer spring rate at ride height that ramps up as the coil compresses for improved bottom out resistance. This shaft up orientation also requires the reservoir hose to be routed along the rear lower links so ICON offers hose bracket options for the OE or ICON tubular links while ICON billet links incorporate this bracketry into their design. When paired with ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers vehicle control will be balanced front to rear, resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Ford Bronco.Installation InstructionsThis Part Fits:

Our Camburg upper arms are designed to address the limitations of stock upper arms when lifting your truck. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, we improve wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. We also incorporate a billet aluminum cover to protect the uniball from dirt and contaminants. Our arms are designed using CAD/CAM engineering software and manufactured in-house with precision welding and CNC machining.
