This new Gen II system retains the factory track width keeping the tires under the fenders for a clean appearance. With the factory track width retained the front Sway Bar utilizes the stock end links and mounting holes keeping the leverage on the bar proper. There are no CV spacers, impact struts or add a leafs required for installation. The front differential is relocated in a manner so that when driving at higher 4 wheel drive speeds vibration is reduced. The GEN II Basic System utilizes a simplistic upper Coilover spacer that provides lift from the top of the shock rather than bottom up with reduced install time. Rear shocks are Performance Twin Tubes. All bracketry and the skid plate are constructed of 1/4" thick steel for maximum strength and proven reliability. This 6" system will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake. For those customers that want a factory nose down appearance order optional add a leaf, Part #FTS212. Our 6" Basic System has been designed utilizing our industry leading crossmember and spindle technology. Lift is accomplished by utilizing the factory front Coilover shocks with steel spacers that helps retain the stock ride of the front suspension. The 1/4" thick steel lower control arm has been formed to fit to the bottom of the 2014 frame without having to cut or modify it for a fast installation. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles specifically for the Aluminum component version keeping track width near stock and working properly with the Stablitrac? safety functions. The front differential is relocated with heavy duty brackets while a tightly formed 1/4 " thick steel skid plate provides protection for offroad use. Fabtech's new 4" crossmember systems utilize their proven heavy duty construction and design features found in their 6" systems but with less lift for use with 33" tall tires. These 4" systems feature high arched lower control arm crossmembers constructed of 1/4" thick steel for maximum strength. The Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles retain the stock track width keeping tires under the fender for a clean appearance. Rear lift is accomplished with a block and u-bolt configuration. The Basic System includes front coilover spacers that utilize the factory Coilover shocks. This system offers a mild lift height with easy installation for clearance of 33" tall tires on K1500's w/ factory Magnetic Ride Control suspension. Lift is accomplished by utilizing the factory front Coilover shocks with steel spacer system that helps retain the stock ride of the front suspension. The stock upper control arms are replaced with thick wall DOM tubular arms that feature heavy duty extended range ball joints. These ball joints provide additional strength to the vehicles suspension compared to the factory. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper with the new lift height while a 1/4" thick steel skid plate provides protection against offroad obstacles. This new Gen II system retains the factory track width keeping the tires under the fenders for a clean appearance. With the factory track width retained the front Sway Bar utilizes the stock end links and mounting holes keeping the leverage on the bar proper. There are no CV spacers, impact struts or add a leafs required for installation. The front differential is relocated in a manner so that when driving at higher 4 wheel drive speeds vibration is reduced. The GEN II Basic System utilizes a simplistic upper Coilover spacer that provides lift from the top of the shock rather than bottom up with reduced install time. Rear shocks are Performance Twin Tubes. All bracketry and the skid plate is constructed of 1/4" thick steel for maximum strength and proven reliability. This 6" system will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake. For those customers that want a factory nose down appearance order optional add a leaf, Part #FTS212. The stock upper control arms are replaced with high quality tubular Uniball arms that allow unrestricted movement throughout the travel range. The arms are constructed of top quality material including .120'' wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with a 1.50'' OD and 1'' FK Stainless PTFE Uniballs. These arms are the best on the market for aggressive offroad driving in harsh conditions. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper with the new lift height while a 1/4'' thick steel skid plate provides protection against offroad obstacles. Our 6" Basic Systemhas been designed utilizing our industry leading crossmember and spindle technology. Lift is accomplished by utilizing the factory front Coilover shocks with steel spacers that helps retain the stock ride of the front suspension. The 1/4" thick steel lower control arm has been formed to fit to the bottom of the 2014 frame without having to cut or modify it for a fast installation. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles specifically for the Aluminum component version keeping track width near stock and working properly with the Stablitrac? safety functions. The front differential is relocated with heavy duty brackets while a tightly formed 1/4 " thick steel skid plate provides protection for offroad use.
