If you're looking to build your own upper/lower arms, spindles or links we have what you're looking for. We CNC machine our uniball cups in-house from US 4130 chromoly, not cheap mild steel or imported materials. Unlike most other companies we also machine the OD of the cup to remove the material scale/finish for better welding. Don't pay more for something less. We designed our cups for maximum mis-alignment and strength. These can be MIG or TIG welded and also heat-treated after final fabrication. We have 3 versions available in our 1" cups, the wider sizes are typically used for lower control arms or lower links for maximum weld attachment. The 1.25" and 1.50" come in one standard size. Looking to add some race proven performance to your Toyota Tundra? We have the answer. Utilizing FOX 2.5 Factory Series DSC Remote Coilovers, valved specifically for your application, we are able to gain 2-3 inches of lift and increase wheel travel as well. These Factory Series shocks feature a smooth-bore, clear coated, zinc plated, honed seamless alloy body, black anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum components, a 7/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy steel shaft and an external reservoir design to separate shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen. FOX direct replacement shocks deliver race-winning performance in a simple direct replacement bolt on shock. Each application has been rigorously tested by FOX engineers to maximize suspension travel and performance on and off the road. These shocks also have FOX's DSC compression adjusters that allow for both high and low speed compression circuit adjustment to really get the ride dialed in for you. That way you can have it soft for the street and firm it up when you go off-road. After lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our uniball upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uni-ball bearing, we can increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling both on and off-road. The Camburg FOX 2.0 Trail Series kit is a suspension system designed for the Ford F-150. It includes FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Coilovers that provide 0-2 inches of lift and increased wheel travel. These shocks feature a durable alloy body, billet aluminum components, and a heat-treated alloy steel shaft. Our Camburg FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC Series kit is a high-performance mid travel suspension system for the Ford Bronco. It includes FOX's 2.5 series shocks and our uniball upper arms. These coilover kits provide improved ride quality and the ability to lift your vehicle for both on and off-road use. The shocks have a 2.5" diameter body for increased oil capacity and are fully rebuildable and revalveable. The remote external reservoirs help lower operating temperatures, and the Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster allows for precise tuning with twelve low-speed and ten high-speed compression levels. The integrated coil spring can be adjusted for preload and ride height. Our upper arms are designed to increase wheel travel, improve geometry, and enhance driving characteristics. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be bead blasted, Type II anodized blue and have our Camburg logo laser etched. These can allow for more wheel travel with extended length coilovers and we correct the suspension geometry with an increase in caster to improve the handling both on and off-road. This gives your truck a much more predictable and precision feel, especially once you leave the pavement and hit the dirt. Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. We designed our cups for maximum mis-alignment and strength. These can be MIG or TIG welded and also heat-treated after final fabrication. We have 3 versions available in our 1" cups, the wider sizes are typically used for lower control arms or lower links for maximum weld attachment. The 1.25" and 1.50" come in one standard size. When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more.  Replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uniball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Our design incorporates a billet aluminum cover for the top of the uniball to keep dirt and other contaminants from working their way into the uniball. This cap is a slight press-fit and uses an o-ring seal. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. Designed to work with our long-travel kit and stock length lower arms, these spindles offer enhanced strength and craftsmanship. We have leveraged our 13+ years of experience with the stock design and custom versions for the military to create a superior product. Our spindles feature improved geometry and increased durability, along with a relocated ABS speed sensor for off-road protection. Compatible with both 4WD and RWD models, these spindles require no modifications and maintain the factory specifications in terms of lift and width. Using advanced Faro scanning technology and SolidWorks CAD/CAM modeling, we manufacture these spindles in-house for precise control. Starting with steel billets, we heavily CNC machine them for weight reduction and precision, followed by MIG welding of laser-cut plates. These are made in the USA and are not some cheap imported parts.  They have a self-lubricating military grade PTFE liner internally for reduced stiction and noise. Having a 100,730 lbs. load rating, these are far stronger than OEM style ball-joints and cheaper or smaller uniball bearings. The bearing ID with the mis-alignment spacers removed is 1.25" and the bearing OD is 2.375".Refer to our instructions for step-by-step directions. Confirm sizing before ordering as some older version upper arms use a smaller 1.00" uniball. Easiest way to tell is by the bolt.
