Arms are constructed of CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum and are finished in black anodizing with machined highlights. 4130 chromoly skid plates bolt on so that they may be replaced in the future if they are damaged. Arms are double adjustable via right hand/left hand 1 1/4 in. thread Johnny Joint(R) rod ends and grade 8 p in. bolts at each end. NOTE: These arms will work with 37s on stock width axles and a 4 1/2 in. backspace wheel. If used with larger tires, you will need to go to a wider axle or wheel spacers. Stock stamped steel vertical links with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMRs spherical bearing, billet aluminum vertical links (VL767) are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance with zero deflection and loads of adjustability.BMR Suspension designed the VL767 to excel in street performance, drag race, and road race applications. The stock vertical links flex under cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. Combine this with soft bushings that have massive amounts of deflection, and youre left with poor performance. A-arms are one of the most important, yet overlooked suspension components. They are the direct link between the front wheels and the chassis. Any deflection causes a change in alignment, which results in poor performance and driving feel. Fabricated from heavy-duty 1.5-inch, 0.095-inch wall and 1.25-inch, 0.095-inch wall DOM tubing, deflection is eliminated with A-arms from BMR Suspension. BMR?s AA037 Lower A-arms are equipped with greasable, 95-durometer polyurethane bushings. Polyurethane bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMR?s bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints. The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing. But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
