The 2.5in Lift system for 2014 3500 Rams, with factory Radius Arm front suspension, features more than just basic spacers. Dodge designed the front coil springs with a large bow to increase vehicle stability and handling. Unlike other flat spacers on the market, Fabtech's angled spacers retain this important feature preserving the factory ride characteristics. The front shocks are replaced with longer length Fabtech'stealth shocks to allow for full suspension travel while improving the damping of the front suspension. Extended length bump stops are included in this kit to prevent the coil springs from binding at full compression while also eliminating Trac Bar interference. Optional rear shocks are available separately. This kit can be removed to return the vehicle to stock. Estimated installation time - 1.5 hrs. The top quality construction of these arms include .120" wall 1.50" OD 4130 Chromoly tubing and American made 1" FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniballs. The 17-4 Stainless Steel heat treated Uniball pins fit into the factory ball joint tapers without modification to the spindle for easy return to stock feature. Fabtech uses 17-4 Stainless steel for the misalignments that provide proper clearance of the 1" Uniballs throughout the travel range. On the frame side of the upper arms, there are quality urethane bushings that help reduce road noise while providing longevity.
