Enhance the stability of your 2010 - 2015 Chevrolet Camaro by minimizing rear cradle movement with Rear Cradle Bushings from BMR Suspension. Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer that has many properties that make it far superior to OEM rubber bushings. Polyurethane deflects far less that soft rubber, and it doesn't breakdown from exposure to petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other elements of the harsh undercar environment suspension bushings live in. BMR's polyurethane Rear Cradle Bushings drastically increase stability over the factory rubber bushings, by nearly eliminating the deflection seen in stock cradle bushings. BMR designed its polyurethane cradle bushings from 95-durometer polyurethane. This material offers huge reductions in deflection without excessive increases in NVH. Each bushing is manufactured to strict tolerances, using exact molds, which are designed by BMR. This allows for a perfect fit and increased performance for any driving style. BMR's Rear Cradle Bushings offer huge increases in performance over the stock rubber bushings. The OE bushings are designed with air pockets and are made from soft rubber. These ?voids?, coupled with soft material produce excessive cradle movement during aggressive maneuvering. This movement is one of the biggest contributors to wheel hop. BMR's polyurethane cradle bushings replace the entire OE rubber bushing. BMR Suspension believes the right springs go beyond looks?your 2010 - 2015 Camaro needs to perform, too! All BMR springs are manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, and are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine. The CNC coiling head can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. This guarantees that your right spring matches your left spring. Every BMR spring is compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice. This gives the spring its permanent set, and guarantees no sag. BMR springs are stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, ensuring most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. All springs are then shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Many spring manufacturers skip this step, but BMR insists on this operation as part of our spring manufacturing process. Every spring is computer tested as the last step?every spring, not just a sample from each batch. Each spring is loaded in the spring tester at the factory, then compressed and the CNC load cell measures the force for a variety of spring lengths. Minimize wheelhop and enhance the rear stability of your S550 or S650 Mustang by decreasing differential movement with polyurethane differential bushings from BMR Suspension. Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer with many properties that make it far superior to OEM rubber for bushings. Polyurethane deflects far less that soft rubber, and it doesn't breakdown from exposure to petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other elements of the harsh undercar environment suspension bushings live in. BMR Suspension's polyurethane Differential Bushings (BK049) drastically decreases differential movement and pinion rise over the factory rubber bushings. BMR designed its polyurethane differential bushings from 95-durometer polyurethane. This material offers huge reductions in deflection without excessive increases in NVH. Each bushing is manufactured to strict tolerances, using exact molds, which are designed by BMR. This allows for a perfect fit and increased performance for any driving style. If you have stock power or huge power, and plan on launching your car hard, BMR includes heavy-duty hardware for the Polyurethane Differential Bushing Kit. A small percentage of customers have experienced differential mounting bolt failures with various differential-mounting solutions, including OEM bushings. This primarily occurs with higher than stock power levels, or with hard launches on the street or track. BMR's heavy-duty hardware helps combat these failures. This hardware is not necessary for all customers, but BMR supplies the upgrade for those who have higher than factory power levels or plan on launching their S550 or S650 hard on the street or at the dragstrip. This hardware upgrade requires slight modification to the rear differential mounts. BMR Suspension's BK049 Differential Busing Kit is available in red with zinc-coated hardware. There is nothing like the aggressive look of a car with the right stance! Over time, stock springs sag, get rusty, and simply wear out. BMR Suspension believes the right springs go beyond looks?your S550 needs to perform, too! All BMR springs are manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, and are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine. The CNC coiling head can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. This guarantees that your right spring matches your left spring. Every BMR spring is compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice. This gives the spring its permanent set, and guarantees no sag. BMR springs are stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, ensuring most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. All springs are then shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses. Many spring manufacturers skip this step, but BMR insists on this operation as part of our spring manufacturing process. Every spring is computer tested as the last step?every spring, not just a sample from each batch. Each spring is loaded in the spring tester at the factory, then compressed and the CNC load cell measures the force for a variety of spring lengths. This allows BMR to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against spring sag. Blending aesthetics and performance, BMR has designed the SP086 for the drag race crowd who want to the ultimate in straight-line acceleration. These springs will lower your S550, and feature a fine-tuned spring rate (150 lb/in front, 800 lb/in rear) to give you great handling and a smooth ride. The linear spring rate offers plenty of support, while remaining soft enough for great weight transfer. When performance and looks are a must, rely on BMR Suspension! Stock upper control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. The factory arms also don't allow for proper camber correction on lowered vehicles. BMR's Delrin, non-adjustable control arms for Mustangs (UTCA064) are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This design gives you an incredibly strong control arm that greatly improves performance. Greasable, solid Delrin bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. The stock control arm bushings deflect under cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. BMR's Delrin bushings are designed to eliminate deflection, while being able to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. The UTCA064's heavy-duty construction and solid Delrin bushings give you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. The UTCA064s are primarily designed for lowered cars that are looking to remove the camber gained from lower than stock ride height vehicles. These are designed longer than factory arms, give you the ability to correct the camber setting on lowered S550s. All lowered cars will benefit from these parts IF you are looking to remove negative camber. For those looking to GAIN negative camber, these are not the correct choice. With a 1.2-inch drop, the most negative camber you can get will be approximately -2.0 degrees. These work very well for drag racers who have lowered ride heights, and are looking for ZERO camber. BMR's heavy-duty spherical bearings are designed to solidly link the spindle to the upper control arm, eliminate deflection and wheel alignment changes. Our spherical bearings will stand up to high loads of any performance environment, offering all of the bind-free suspension articulation needed for great handling.
