Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, narrow body and features a 9 1/2 in. long shank, from CL of joint to end of tip of threads), 3 1/2 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 RH threads and a 2.625 in. wide x 0.640 in. thru-hole center pivot ball. Additional features of the long shank design include the the jam nut being pushed outward, away from the bracket that the joint mounts in to provide more clearance and accessibility to the jam nut. Also, the smooth shank area of the joint may have a bend applied to it in a press to angle the joint for a perfect fit in your application or to gain clearance in tight spots. The massive tie rod ends thread into the tie rod end body so that they may 1) be replaced without replacing the whole rod end saving cost, 2) the same threaded in tie rod end is used at all 4 points so only one spare would have to be carried, and 3) they may be unscrewed from the rod end bodies and screwed in from the other side if a flipped tie rod and/or drag link was desired. Tie rod and drag link tubes feature wrench flats machined onto them and jam nuts for ease of adjustment. This unit is a direct replacement for the stock parts. No modifications or machining to any part of the vehicle are necessary, and best of all, its made in the U.S.A.! NOTES: Flipping the tie rod or drag link would require retapering the tie rod end holes from the top side of the knuckle. RockJock's Billet Aluminum Antirock Sway Bar Arms are beautifully constructed, yet offer race quality strength for aggressive off road applications! Made entirely in house on their own machines, they start with premium 7075T6 aluminum material, CNC machine the arms to shape, CNC machine the pocketed design and the logo etchings, broach the 25 splines and finish them off in clear anodizing! These specific arms are 17 in. long from tip to tip, 3/4 in. thick (with the exception of the tip being machined to 3/8 in. thick for end link mounting). At the arm mounting end, you'll find RockJock's standard 25 spline that fits all common Antirock torsion bars as well as our high-end, 12-point vertical pinch bolt and nut. RockJock's billet aluminum finishing washers and flat head allen bolts that thread into the end of the sway bar torsion bar are also included. At the end link mounting end, the arms trim down to 3/8 in. thick and you'll find two 1/2 in. Sway Bar End Link mounting holes that allow you to adjust end link mounting position to increase or decrease leverage on the torsion bar. These 2 holes are commonly used in conjunction with RockJock's RJ-201000-101 Double Sheer End Link Bracket Kit.

Our Uni-Balls press into the stock bushing holes on the casting side, driver's side ONLY) of the front differential housing and provide a durable solution that incorporates a 5/8 in. thru-bolt hole for heavier hardware. This Uni-Ball will press into a stock JK or a stock TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ housing, as well as aftermarket replacement differentials from companies such as Dana, UD-60s), Dynatrac, East Coast Gear, Fusion 4x4 and Currie Enterprises, cast center housings ONLY, does not apply to 9 in. / fabricated style differentials). These brackets will put the control arms back in stock position in relation to the axle, correcting caster angle, improving front driveline angle and causing the axle to travel in it's factory intended arc. General road manners and the way in which the vehicle absorbs bumps are restored to stock feel. This kit is completely bolt-on and very simply installs into the factory control arm brackets on the vehicle's frame. RockJock's Adjustable Sway Bar End Link Set features 8 1/2 in. long link rods and their high-end sealed rod ends. The rods feature 2 5/8 in. of 1/2 in.-20 LH thread and 2 5/8 in. of 1/2 in.-20 RH thread, providing adjustment as-is and extra thread, allowing you to cut them shorter as deemed necessary by your application. Link sets are included in their Antirock Sway Bar Kits, but are able to be used universally in many applications to replace non-adjustable sway bar links. Additionally, if you have changed the lift amount on your vehicle you may need a different length of sway bar links to accommodate your new lift. You can simply buy a complete new link set to accommodate your needs. The rod ends in this kit feature 12mm-1.75 RH thread studs and locking nuts and jam nuts are included.
