Bump Stops are a necessary and often overlooked item in any vehicle suspension system. As the suspension is modified, bump stops become even more critical. Daystar offers everything from stock style replacement bump stops to extended applications in order to suit any needs and uses. These high-impact polyurethane stops will provide increased strength and less deflection under load. Keep in mind that bump stops play a greater role than ever in modern suspensions, where they are often a constant load bearing surface, or supplemental spring, to the suspension in factory or modified form. Without the proper bump stops in place, severe suspension fatigue and even damage can result! Daystar offers several different types of bump stops to suit many different needs and suspension designs. From low-profile to progressive-rate, and from application-specific to universal, Daystar has a bump stop that will work for your needs and uses. Daystar lift kits combine the same proven technology found in our leveling kits, but with the addition of rear lift. Daystar was the first to enter the leveling kit market in 1995. Though there have been companies that have entered the market since, Daystars lift and leveling kits offer many advantages that the others can not claim. Such as No metal-on-metal contact, lifetime warranties, top-mount easy-install design, and they are made in the USA. Daystar lift kits work within the factory suspension design, meaning that we work within the factorys design parameters to achieve an increase in ride height. Motor and transmission mounts take a tremendous pounding every day, and when power- and torque-enhancing modifications are added to the mix, most factory mounts just cant handle the stress. Daystars Motor & Transmission Mounts offer several advantages over factory mounts. They feature a fully welded and interlocking design, meaning that even if the mount fails (a highly unlikely situation) the mounts have a mechanical backup to keep the drivetrain components from breaking loose. Daystar Leveling Kits work within the factory suspension design, meaning that we work within the factorys design parameters to achieve an increase in ride height that levels the stance of the vehicle. Because we work within the factorys design, there are not a bunch additional modifications involved. Everything needed is included in the kit; theres everything you need and nothing you dont. If there are extra items required, such as longer shocks, its clearly stated in the application description. Torsion bar applications require their own unique approach to leveling the stance of the vehicle. With torsion bar applications, we supply new forged torsion keys that meet or exceed factory specifications. These torsion keys have been re-indexed to increase ride height up to 2in. and level the stance of the vehicle. In select applications, extended shock brackets are also included. Daystar Leveling Kits include only front lift components to level the stance of the vehicle. We also offer Budget Boost kits, which provide a mild increase in ride height and are more economically priced than our Leveling Kits.
